The AmoCRM tool is designed for automating sales management and customer interaction. Manage your sales, track customer contacts, and improve overall customer interactions.
Module connection:
To get started, go to the "My Companies" section and click on "Edit":
Go to the module settings and check the box next to "AmoCRM Connector," then click "Save."
Now, let's go to our account, select "Modules," and find "AmoCRM." Click on "Manage" and then "Edit."
Log in to your account or sign up. In the left panel, select "amoMarket," then choose "Management," followed by three dots, and click on "+Create integration."
Select "External Integration" and click on "+Create."
Enter the parameters you need and click "Save."
After saving, refresh the page to see your integration, and then click on it.
In this window, go to "Keys and Access," then "Long-term token," and click on "Generate token."
Here, select the expiration date for the token and click "Confirm."
Now you have the keys that need to be copied and pasted into the respective fields in Consta.
Let's match the keys with the numbers:
Here, you paste the link that we previously inserted during the integration creation.
Next, in AmoCRM, select "Deals" and click on "+New Deal."
Select "Setup."
Then click on "+Add Field."
In the field, write the name "Telegram" and check the box next to "Only from API." Also, create a field named "Source."
After that, click on the name "Telegram" or "Source."
An window will open where you need to copy the ID.
Paste them into Consta in the respective fields.
Go back to AmoCRM and copy the Base Domain.
Go to Consta and paste the copied link into the "Base domain" field, then click "Save," and you're done.
