The "Licenses" module offers you an intuitive and convenient tool for managing payments and financial operations within your enterprise. Regardless of whether you own an online store, a trading platform, or any other type of business, this section will help you efficiently track all transactions and ensure financial record accuracy. Thanks to this tool, your customers will always be able to obtain a personal license for purchasing a product, controlling and optimizing their expenses.
Connecting the "Licenses" module Start by navigating to the "My Companies" section in the Consta admin panel and click "EDIT":
Go to the "Modules" section and ensure that the "Products" and "Licenses" modules are connected:
Now go to the newly appeared "Licenses" section, where all license application requests from your customers will be displayed:
Obtaining and Signing Licenses
Let's imagine your client visits your enterprise's website and purchases a product:
After the purchase, they can go to the "Licenses" section and click "Apply":
Then select the product, enter the broker account number and comment, then click "Submit Application":
Now, in the admin panel, you will see a request to sign a license, click "Edit":
Indicate the application status, license key and click "Process":
Now, if you switch to the "Licenses" page, you will see all approved licenses:
