Module Bitrix24

The Bitrix24 tool in Consta allows you to manage customer relationships, set up business process automations related to customer management, increase efficiency in sales operations, and provide customer support.

Module connection:

To get started, go to the "My Companies" section and click on "Edit":

Go to the module settings and check the box next to "Bitrix24 Connector," then click "Save."

Now, we proceed to our account.

Select "Modules."

Find "Bitrix24 Connector," click on "Manage," and then select "Edit."

You need to insert your webhook URL. To do this, go to Bitrix24.

Log in to your account or sign up. On the left side of the dashboard, click on "CRM" and select "Developer resources."

Next, select "Third-party system integration."

Then choose "Add leads."

Copy our link.

Return to Consta, paste our link into the empty field, click "Save," and you're done.
