Two-factor authentication

To set up two-factor authentication, either you or your user needs to visit the "Security" page in the enterprise settings and click "Enable 2FA":

Now you need to choose the verification method, specifically "Google Authenticator", download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play on your smartphone and click "Continue":

You can see a QR code and a "Secret Key" composed of letters and numbers:

Open the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone and press the "+" icon in the bottom left corner:

Choose "Scan a QR code", allow the application to use the camera and aim it at the QR code on the enterprise page:

On your screen, you can see a code that changes every 60 seconds:

On the next screen, request a confirmation code to your email, also enter the current code from the Google Authenticator application and click "Submit".

💡 The authenticator code is updated every 60 seconds. If you didn't manage to enter the code from the email and click "Submit" during this time - just enter a new one.

If you have done everything correctly, the 2FA status will change to "Activated" within 5 seconds:
